We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience].

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. A paper record including your name, address and contact telephone numbers may be used by our employees in the form of a Work Order record or a foolscap folder containing information relevant to the service we are providing to you. Our employees secure all paperwork out of sight in locked vehicles whilst working onsite, or these records are kept in our locked office.
We will store your personal data for the duration of our service contract and for 12 months thereafter so that we may maintain adequate communication with you throughout the term of the service and the following 12 month warranty period (where applicable). If you wish to receive information on our new products and services from time to time please let us know by completing the attached Consent Form.
We will retain invoices for a period of 6 years, as required by HM Revenue and Customs and service contracts for a period of 6 years after contract completion.
You can access any information we hold about you. Please contact us, in writing (Skye Steading, Kingswells, Aberdeen, AB15 8RN), asking us for details of any data we hold about you. If we have any data which matches the details you give us, we’ll attempt to share this with you within 40 days of your request.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
